Bench: 225x10, 275x8, 305x8, c-g, 225,245x8
Hammer curls: 2 sets
Barbell Rows: 2 sets
Treadmill 12 minutes.... some guy was at bench station when I first
came in, doing some weird Olympic type movement with the bar plus
a ten on each side... odd, he was a tall, very thin guy, so I politely ask
him how long he was gonna be, since the other flat bench stations were
occupied... I asked him because he was the only one NOT BENCHING,lol,
and could have done his weird powerclean/jerk thing he was doing some-
where else... He simply said, i dont know, very gruffly. So I shrugged and
muttered, "that's a bench a press" and walked off. He left after that set.
I hate these kinds of confrontations, but shit.
