3 months at Rush Fitness Center...ugh.

yesterday's workout:

Deadlift: 225x6, 275x6, 315x3 (no pain, knee feels good today)
Bench: 205x12, 225x12, 245x12
Used Freemotion machines for chest, shoulders, and triceps--
2 sets each.

about 25-30 minutes on treadmill.
