Bench Max: 360x1, easy, missed 385, 325x3
Well, I was set to bench near 400 but health concerns
intervened. Lost some strength over the last month, from
bouts with gout and also my knee injury. I have only 4
more weeks at this gym, after that, dont know what Im
going to do. So-- Im going to try a mini-cycle and see if
I can at least bench 385 at the end of Jan 2009. After that
I may not even be able to lift again, due to joblessness.
Fuck it.
