Some variation on this Ed Coan workout for my next Bench Cycle.
With triceps on main workout, then shoulders on the secondary
upper body workout. Mix in JM presses, Incline and DBs. As far
as bodyweight, looking to drop to as low as 252-255, during mid
portion of cycle, then gradually gain back to 260 or so for my 400
attempt.
