Squats: (bar)x15, 135x10, 205x8, 225x6
Hypers: 2 sets of 15, 10 25 plate
Ab work: 3 sets
Barbell Lunges: 1 set with bar

No knee pain, slight strain of inside thigh... pretty tight.
Tried to keep it light enough for no injury, guess I didnt
keep it light enough.
