Prone dumbbell raises, for shoulders, 15 or 20s for 3 sets
1 set of Tate presses (just to see how they felt)
Speed DL (205) off 4 inch platform, 8x3
Lunges 2 sets
Decline Abs with 20lb medicine ball
arm to arm tosses with medicine ball
Chin machine 2 sets
Sort of a light workout, recovery day...
Still got winded, enjoyed doing something different..
