ME Day for Bench

Bench Press: 225x8, 275x3, 315x3, 330x 3, no misses,
but felt fucking hard as hell, tight pectorals, probably
close to an injury so should be careful.
Close-grip BP: 225x6, 245x6, failed last rep... arms
just gave out, fatigue.
Pendlay Rows: 135x10, 170x8, 205x6.. think Im
doing these close to right. Did them as explosively
as possible with some hip action, everything else
kept tight and in form.
Db presses flat: used the 70s, I think, cant remember.
Worked on slow form and going as far into the deep
stretch as possible for pec health.
Db laterals: used the 30s or 40s. set of 10
Ultra-wide BP to neck: 95x8, 135x8... another chest
recovery exercise. Felt good to stretch the pecs.
(remember to do these on Bench light Day this week,
and no speed benches).

GPP: 25minute walk up the first hill at greenway...
hot as hell!
