Bench Press: 225x6, 275x3, 315x3, 325x3 (3/4 thru last rep
spotter-- my dad-- grabbed the bar prematurely, thinking
my yelling was to get the bar when actually I was yelling to
finish the rep, which was going slow, but definitely going, lol)
Standing Pulley Abs -- 2 sets
Lat Pulldowns-- 2 sets
Pulley Tricep Extensions-- 2 sets
Hyperextensions-- 2 sets
Not the best of workouts, not the worst, still somewhat sick
with this sinus infection, but Im tired of waiting it out. Just
going to start back working out, if on the lighter side. Im-
portant note: teach father to spot properly!
