for 2 more at least)
3 sets of pulley abs + Power Cleans-- 135*6, 165*5, 185*3
Skullcrushers 2 sets, single-handed pulley tricep extensions 2 sets
Hyperextensions 2 sets
Not that much, but try doing it when sick, heart pounding all throughout.
