Workout Highlights

Standards of strength (raw):
Bench: 1.5 x bw
Squat: 2 x bw
Deadlift: 2.5 x bw .... lifted this off some forum.

So how do I stack up here? afraid not well. All my
maxes are estimates. BW-- 258

BP-- 325 1.25 * BW
Squat-- 315 (not sure I can even do these anymore
with my knees) 1.22 * BW (not sure of actual max)
DL-- 385 1.5 * BW

Go back 6 years.... will be my goal to just get there again,
although slightly higher for BP... BW-- 250

BP-- 365 (1.46)
Squat-- 475 (1.9)
DL-- 490 (1.96)

This time next year goals: BW-- 235

BP-- 400 (1.7)
Squat-- (assuming all goes well) 500 (2.12)
DL-- 525 (2.23)
