BP-- 225x8, 275x5, 300x3 then did a couple sets of 8 close grip, and partials, as I went down to middle sticking point and pressed up.
--a few sets of hammer curls & shoulder raises
Definitely not feeling as bad as the last couple times working out. Hopefully Thurs or Fri I can do some speed bench and DLs for the first time since the summer. Bench strength is coming back pretty fast. Im sure I can hit 330 or so now. Far cry from 385 ish in July tho.
Today is light walk/jog.
