jumpstart workout AGAIN

been sick for a week but here is how it went:

Bench: 225x10, 275x8, 315x4(hit fatigue early)
Incline Bench: 205x8, 250x6
Lat pulldowns, 3 sets
Tricep pulldowns, 2 sets

that's it, still too sick to do anything else. eight week program starting in 4 days.
