Say hello to Volume increase

Bench: 185x3x3, 225x3x2, 245x3, 275x3
Bench to Neck: 135x8, 185x6
Skullcrushers: 2 sets of 8 (easy-curl bar)
Seated Db Overhead Press: 60s, 75s for 8
Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets, 200 for 6 reps

5 minutes on punching bag, then 27 mins treadmill.
