easy, smooth, no grip problem, felt good for
at least 25-30 lbs more.
Db Rows: 2 sets of 8 100s
Lat Pulldowns: 2 sets of 8
Hypers: 1 set of 12
Got sick to stomach afterwards, but havent felt that
strong on DLs in a long, long time. Very nice.
