Cable DeltPulls: 2 sets
Tricep Ext.: 2 sets of 8
Decline Twist Crunches: 2 sets (7kg med. ball)
Barbell Rows: 185x8, 225x6
Db Rows: 85s for 10 reps, 1 set

6 minutes on Treadmill, 6-8 incline.
