Week 1: DL-- 275x3,300x3,330x3, 365x1
Week 2: Rack Pull (lowest setting): not sure of weights
Week 3: DL-- 275x5,315x3,340x2,365x2
Week 4: Rack Pull (up one setting):
Week 5: DL-- 275x5, 315x5, 340x2, 385x1 (maybe higher)
Week 6: Rack Pull (up two settings):
Week 7: DL-- 295x5, 315x3, 350x3, 385x2 (maybe higher)
