Bench Press: 225x8, 275x1 (pause), 275x4, 300x1(pause),
295x7 (coulda got 8)-- weird felt tight in neck, then it loosened
up ok. Felt weak, then strong.
Dbs Flat Bench: 100s for 10
Pendlay Rows: 135x10, 185x8, 185x8
Dbs Rows: 80s for 10
Seated Rows: 180x10

6 minutes on treadmill, incline set 10.5
