Bench: 225x8, 275x1, 315x1, 365x1(missed), 275x5, 315x4
Chin-up Machine: 3 sets
Dips: 1 set
Dbs press: 90s for 10 reps
Well, I was tired from yesterday's squat workout, and still
run down from being sick. Got a bad liftoff with the 365 and
probably didnt warm up very well. The bar made it about
an inch off the chest and I know I can hit that weight better.
Going to try again next week. If I miss then, just going to
start another routine.
