Bench: 275x8, 295x3, 315x3
Assistance: Lat Pulldowns (3), Tri Pushdowns(5), stopped heart was flipping weirdly.
Saturday: walked 30 minutes (some light fluttering at the beginning)
Sunday: 30 minute walk (heart felt fine, feet hurt)
Goal: 5 days a week with at least 30-45 minute walks.. Mon, Wed,Thur, Sat, Sun
