Yesterday, Wed, June 10..

30 min walk/jog (9 minutes best).. really severe cramps i calf muscles making jogging tough for me... hopefully will improve soon. Pain stops me from jogging long before my lungs give out. Im pretty overweight, so might also be an issue.. hopefully I can avoid injuries. My pace is very very slow... not much pounding going on yet.
