Amazing I didnt know anything about this place... the Chattanooga Fitness Center, 1 dollar a day gym. This is smaller but every bit as good or better of a gym than Powerhouse Gym, who wanted 150 up front and 10 dollars a month. I dont see any reason for more than 10-12 workouts a month. I can do cardio at greenway park and other places. The equipment is a a little old, but everything's sturdy and usable. There is a power cage for squats and rack pulls. Dumbbells go only to 85. I guess Ill be working out here unless I get The Rush job and they have a free membership for employees.
Today's brief restart workout:
Bench: 225x10, 275x6, 295x3, 225x 10 (close-grip)...
Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets
Shoulder Presses on Machine: 2 sets
Flat DB presses: 70s for about 12 reps
