Light Workout: on little sleep

Speed Bench: 6 sets, one set c-g for 8(225)
Lat Pulls: 2 sets, whole stack for max reps (3)

Treadmill: 13 minutes..

Not sure which day, but next week sometime I will be maxing
on Bench Press. One more medium workout with PL belt,
probably Sat. Max on Thurs, Fri?? Something along these lines:

385-400, 1st 2nd attempts or, if feeling frisky,
390-405. Would be my first ever in my lifetime trying 4 wheels
on the BP. My 365 for a double was smooth with no hesitations
on the way up. Was good for a struggling 3rd rep, Im fairly sure.
Which would calculate to a 386 max if the one-rep calculators are
to be trusted. Might be safer to try 380 for first attempt, to ensure
making a PB. But the idea of 3 plates and a 35 on each end will
probly override this pragmatic approach.
