Ok back to lifting, the worst of the gout seems to be over.
Bench: 275x5, 295x3, 315x6, 340x2
Partial DL, from lowest pin: (about a half-DL)
275x3x2, 315x1, 385x1, 405x1
Punching bag for 5 min. Lost a bit of strength while sick
but not too much. All in all, pleased with this workout.
