Shitty Workouts Better Than No Workouts

One day too soon, misread the fucking calender:

Bench: 225x10, 275x8, 300x4
Incline Bench: 225x8, 275x2 (what?)
Tri Pulldowns: 2 sets
Lat Pulldowns: 2 sets
Crunches and Leg Raises: 2 sets each

10 minutes on treadmill.
